Admission Process
1. Call / Enquiry Form / Book a Tour
Parents may contact us through a phone call, WhatsApp, our enquiry form, or by booking a school tour. This is an opportunity to experience our classrooms, meet our educators, and understand the Calhoun philosophy.
2. Fill the Application Form
Once you decide to proceed, you will complete the application form.
For older children, we may request progress reports from their current school to understand their learning background and needs.
3. Admission Offer
After the interaction and trial day, and subject to seat availability, an admission offer is extended. Parents can then complete the admission formalities to secure the seat.
4. First Day with the Child
Your child attends a short trial session in their age-appropriate classroom. This helps us observe their comfort, engagement, and readiness to participate in routines and activities within a group setting.
5. Interaction with the Principal
A meeting is scheduled with the Principal to discuss your child’s needs, your expectations, and any questions you may have. This conversation lays the foundation for a strong school–home partnership.
